Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping
Packages will be shipping via UPS Ground, unless other service is requested. Other shipping options will require a special handling fee.
We can ship to AK, HI, & sometimes US Territories; however, additional shipping charges will be added - please contact us prior to ordering so we may make the necessary special arrangements. Unfortunately we cannot ship to APO addresses.
We are able to ship to Canada via the Post Office; however, an additional shipping charge will be added. Please contact us prior to ordering. We do not ship overseas to Non-US locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns of unused items. Please contact us (303-744-0424) prior to returning the item with the reason for its return so we may expect the return and issue a credit. All credits will be issued by check within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned to our office, in their original packing and in the original condition. Items must be returned to our business offices (875 South Colorado Blvd., Suite 701, Denver, CO 80246) not to our warehouse. Shipping a return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to Colorado residents only.
Warranty
BuddyBeds will replace a damaged bed directly to the consumer. Chewing damage is not covered. Simply send the bed back, along with your sales receipt, to BuddyBeds, 875 South Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80246. The warranty is for a one time replacement only.

Rest assured your credit card information is safe.
Your information is kept completely confidential. Protecting your personal information is our highest priority. We use 128 bit SSL encryption which encrypts your order information, making it impossible for outside parties to decode. To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the locked lock at the bottom of your browser window - this indicated that secure 128 connection is activated. Also please note our site is scanned daily by HackerSafe for your protection as well.
