We fully guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship. BuddyBeds will replace a defective bed directly to the consumer. Please give us a call (303-744-0424) to make arrangements.

Chewing or excessive scratching damage is not covered. Simply send the bed back, along with your sales receipt, to Buddy Beds, 875 South Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80246. The warranty is for a one time replacement only.
