Buddy Bed Dog Beds Returns and Exchange PoliciesReturns & ExchangesWe will gladly accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. For health and safety reasons we can not accept returns for used merchandise with no exceptions. Please contact us (303-744-0424) prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure credit will be issued. We will request the reason for return. All credits will be issued by check within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned to our offices, in their original packing and in the original unused condition. Items MUST be returned to our business offices (875 South Colorado Blvd., Suite 701, Denver, CO 80246) and not to our warehouse. Items returned to our warehouse will not receive credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping a return is the responsibility of the buyer. Only items in new and unused condition will be refunded (less shipping and the 15% re-stocking fee). Damaged or used items will be assessed additional charges up to 50% or the item may be returned at the customers expense. We don't mean to sound harsh, but too many used items being returned have forced us to start this policy. Exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking fee. |
