We try to keep our shipping charges as reasonable as possible. Since our Large Buddy Bed weigh almost 20 pounds (remember we use the highest quality 5lb memory foam unlike most memory foam dog beds) we charge only what FedEx charges us. We do not charge a handling fee.
Shipping
Packages will be shipping via FedEx Ground, unless other service is requested. Once your order has shipped we will email your FedEx tracking information so you can track your shipment. We can offer expedited shipped if desired. Expedited shipping options may require a special handling fee.
We can ship to AK, HI, & sometimes US Territories; however, additional shipping charges will be added - please contact us prior to ordering so we may make the necessary special arrangements. Unfortunately we cannot ship to APO addresses.
We are able to ship to Canada via FedEx or the Post Office; however, an additional shipping charge will be added. Customer will be responsible for any Canadian duty charges. Please contact us prior to ordering. We do not ship overseas to Non-US locations.

Buddy Beds Dog Beds know there is a beloved Buddy behind every order that needs their Buddy Bed Dog Bed right away. We make every effort to ship all orders withing 3 business days. We ship FedEx Ground, which then takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping can be tracked at FedEx.com -- your FedEx tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
